      Meet your Guide

M R Rajaram is a wildlife enthusiast with a deep inclination towards birds and the natural world. He spends most of his time amidst nature, observing, documenting, and learning from the landscapes and life around him. Birdwatching, cataloging observations, and nature photography are integral to his journey as a naturalist.

Raj has a keen interest in recording information—whether through field notes, photographs, or quiet observation—believing that every encounter with nature has something to teach. His love for birds goes beyond identification; it lies in understanding their behavior, habitats, and role in the ecosystem.

A traveler at heart, Raj carries an insatiable curiosity and a genuine openness to learn from anyone with knowledge—local communities, fellow naturalists, or seasoned forest dwellers. He expresses his connection to nature through writing and art, using storytelling as a way to help others see the wild with sensitivity and respect.

As a guide, Raj focuses on slow, mindful birding experiences—encouraging participants to listen, observe, and connect deeply with nature rather than just tick species off a list.
